I didn't want to redirect you some place else. They don't get corrupted, and they don't crash a lot if a user has a lot of email content. Outlook 2011 has some nice features, but I prefer Mail, iCal, and Address Book over Outlook 2011. It's advisable that all users of Outlook 2011 do this frequently with large folders if they're on Exchange, Kerio Connect, or IMAP accounts. You can do this with all of the folders in Outlook (mail folders, contacts, etc).

This will clear your local copy of the calendar, and make Outlook download a fresh copy of all of your events from the server.
